Dutch publisher, founded in 1945 by Bert Bakker. It become part of the label group in the 1970s, and became completely independent again in 1989. Due to disappointing sales, the owner was forced to transfer his company to the Meulenhoff group in 1992. Not long after, it became an imprint published by Prometheus (2).
