International label, originally founded by the US/Canadian R-Tek Corporation and used to market compilations and recordings from new international talents. It was a sister label to Quality Records

Outside of the USA and Canada, the label was operated through various subsidiaries:

In the Netherlands, the label was run by artist. In 1994 BMG acquired 50% of the Dutch affiliate, until 2001, when 75% of the operations were sold to label. In 2004. EMI acquired the remaining 25% and discontinued the label. After the collapse of EMI in 2012, the label was revived in 2013 by label.
