Belgian media group, operating under this name since May 2019. Founded in 1987 as Vlaamse Televisie Maatschappij (VTM), subsequently known as label between 1999 and February 2014 and as Medialaan between 2014 and 2019. Between 1998 and 2017 the group was owned by De Persgroep and Roularta Media Group nv, who each had 50% of the shares. In 2018 the latter sold all of its shares to the former.
