With the chance of the label-logo in 2010, the new and correct spelling of the label is 17records.

17records is the name of the label for the musical output of the bands of barner 16: Station 17; The Living Music Box; kUNDEkÖNIG etc.
After Station 17's released five albums with different labels such as Mercury/Phonogram, What's So Funny About.. and Mute/EMI the founder and initiator of Station 17, Kai Boysen, wanted to create barner 16's own label. With the support of Jan Köpke (popup-records) 17rec. was founded in 2006. 17records is headed by Michael Schütz (2). The distributor is Cargo Records.
