The record company owning the label Pye Records.
Established in 1959 after a name change from label. The company ATV acquired 50% of the label and bought the other half of the business in 1966. The company was renamed to PRT Records Ltd. in 1980.
Pye Records had several subsidiaries/affiliates:
label (which itself owned the manufacturing division (i.e. pressing plant) label), as well as label and the graphics division artist.
