Paramount Global was an American multinational media group headquartered in New York City, formed in December 2019 as ViacomCBS and renamed in February 2022 in Paramount Global. The group has businesses and interests in film, television, publishing and digital media. In 2025, the company merged with Skydance Media (Skydance Productions (2)) to form Paramount Skydance Corporation (DBA "Paramount, a Skydance Corporation").
