A Finnish record company. Founded in 2005 by artist, Niko Nordström and Pekka Nieminen.
HMC's operations cover three divisions in the music industry:
1) a record company HMC - Helsinki Music Company Oy and its label HMC
2) a music publishing company label
3) a booking agency
Kallonen had 50 % ownership in the company and he was the chairman of the board, besides he was responsible for signing artists.
Warner Music Nordic bought HMC in December 2007. HMC became a wholly-owned division of Warner Music Finland.
This is used for copyright holder and company credits. For the label use just HMC.
