Formed in 1993 by artist with the purchase of the distribution arm of Vancouver Folk Music Festival. Canadian distributor for American and international labels in similar genres such as Righteous Babe Records, Red House Records, Hightone Records, Delmark Records, and label. The distribution arm ceased operation in 2008. The label arm carries on with their imprint label.
