Dubplate cutting service started by Lex van Coeverden in 2000. Short for "My Own Record".
MOR made use of a custom cutter based on proper lathes for cutting lacquers, which allowed for louder records cut on vinyl instead of wax.
The service was successful with DJs and as demand for dubplates rose, clients also started to ask for lacquers for pressing plants. This led to the founding of Get-Cut in 2005, which eventually became The Vinyl Room.
