Profile

RCA mid-priced classical reissue series released in the US and Europe around 1987/1988. The RCA Papillon Collection offered low-priced reissues of stereophonic recordings of the standard classical repertoire.

Individual releases featured a different butterfly image as the cover art, with some exceptions.
All releases were branded with the Papillon butterfly logo and the words "Papillon Collection".
