Alfred Heinrichs and Sascha Hirtenfellner established the Berlin based label group Tonkonsum midyear 2005. Both artists made their first steps into the music business at the beginning of the 90s. Since 1997 they have been producing professionally and they are nowadays an integral part of the German Techno scene. Besides the main label, Tonkonsum includes several sublabels, which are by name Supdub, Römer-Records, Keymono as well as Prognosticode.
