It was an advanced pop label operated by EMI Svenska AB, introduced in 1984 after having used as a compilation featuring domestic artists of the said record company a year before. The label would continue to operate until 2002, due to the parent company's restructuring, which would change its name to EMI Music Sweden AB. Following the restructuring, its artists would have its release under the Capitol Records Sweden label instead, but short-lived. During the 2004-2005 period, the Capitol Records logo would be used, but the label with the word "Sweden" would no longer be used.
