Den Kongelige Grønlandske Handel (English: Royal Greenland Trading Department) was the trading company owned by the Danish state that in the period 1776 to 1950 had monopoly on trade with Greenland. In 1986 the company was taken over by the Greenlandic home rule and renamed to Kalaallit Niuerfiat (KNI).
