Founded and run by Juergen Schneider & Philipp Bruening. Kompass presents electronic music, somewhere in between house and techno.

The label was founded by two guys, who are into this business for quite some time now. Juergen Schneider is known as a techno activist from Cologne since the early 90s. Next to that he ran Plusquam Records for quite a while.

The second part in Kompass Musik is Philipp Bruening who does the promo work for Superstition records, Motor Music and Universal Records. Also Philipp is known as DJ Phly, one of Hamburgs senior DJs.
