Independent music publisher, founded in 2008 as an effect of sell-off of certain song publishing companies, previously owned by Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), to Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP. This transaction was a requirement set by the European Commission in order to successfully acquire BMG Music Publishing by UMPG.
Imagem was fully acquired by Concord Music Group on June 2, 2017.
