Founded in 2002 by artist, Kufala Recordings was a label and distributor based in Paso Robles, CA.
It dedicated to releasing high-quality live recordings direct to the fans, at a reasonable price and within days of the show. Partnered with a roster of prolific touring bands, Kufala Recordings offered live music fans the ability to buy high-fidelity live recordings of the concerts they just saw, redefining the term "music on-demand".
Sometime after the death of the founder in 2012, Kufala ceased operation.
