Karsh Kale (pronounced Kursh Kah-lay) is of Indian decent, but grew up in the United States. His first work was with Tabla Beat Science on 181076 in 2000, and his first solo album came out a year later. He is best known for his work blending tabla and other Indian percussion with electronc beats.
