Dutch house duo, consisting of Coen van Broekhoven and Marvin Binderhagel. The artist name is sometimes abbreviated as T.O.T.T. or TOTT. Between 1994 and 2000, they released several singles and two albums using the Talk Of The Town moniker, the most successful being the single 195717, which became a top 10 hit in The Netherlands in January-February 1995. The follow-up, a cover of 1873359, was only a minor hit, and their next singles failed to make an impact of the charts.
