A Seattle based musician and sound engineer who was a big influence in the early 80's on local musicians in Pennsylvania when Rob and Jeff Greinke ordered the import records at a local music store. Rob got people enthusiastic about reel to reel tape loop systems (Frippertronics style stuff), and he got a few people access to Penn State's electronic music lab, which had one of the earliest Moog synthesizers.
