Alessandro Perrone recorded 'Raise Tonight' (1987) followed by 'I'll be there' (1988) and 'Casanova' (1989). He placed in the charts of Europe and promoted the singles with live performances in the major Italian and European clubs under the name of Dandy. For the years that followed, three more vocalists took over the alias.
