Urban Tribe is a techno project based in Detroit, Michigan.

Started by artist in 1991, productions were released on compilations from Retroactive and Planet E, with a debut album released by Mo Wax in 1998.

The project now includes Kenny Dixon Jr., artist, Carl Craig & Anthony Shakir, and other collaborators such as artist.
