Andy Ling first appeared on the dance scene back in the day with ''Calling Angels''.
Destined for success from the word go, ''Calling Angels'' caught the attention of leading DJs around the globe. Sasha supported the track on his first Northern Exposure US tour, helping it achieve near legendary status. This first triumph opened the flood gates for a mass of remixes and Djing gigs for Andy. Going from strength, Andy remixed tracks by The Shamen, BT & Taylor, Blue Amazon, Mombassa and Isha D.
Developing a sound that is discernable but never stagnant, Andy released ''Fixation'' with Fluid Recordings in 1999 and once again shook dance floors from Cream in Liverpool to Zouk Club in Hong Kong.
Fixation was licensed to Hooj Choons one year after its original release and reached number 55 in the UK charts. Fixation continues to succeed with new mixes in new territories each year.
The success of Fixation is a perfect illustration of Andy's insight as a producer and DJ.
