Trisomie 21 aka T21 are Philippe and Hervé Lomprez, two brothers from Denain, in the North of France, near Valenciennes. The name, pronounced tree-zho-mee vahnt-ay-un, derives from Trisomy 21, the medical term for the extra chromosome resulting in Down syndrome.
